Cagemere

Cagemere is a daily arithmetic cage puzzle. Fill a square grid so that every row and every column holds each number once, and the numbers inside every outlined cage make the cage's target with its sign: add, subtract, multiply or divide. Each day brings the same three grids for everyone, 4x4, 5x5 and 6x6, and your time for the set is kept. A twelve-grid ladder teaches the signs one at a time, from plain sums to division on a 6x6 board. Every grid is built from a random Latin square and checked by a solver to have exactly one answer. Pencil notes, live rule checks and cages that turn green when they add up help along the way. It plays in the browser with a keyboard, mouse or touch, in English or Bulgarian.
