Kindlewatch is a top-down survival game set in one winter night, 22:00 to 06:00 in about eight minutes. Walk the dark forest, pick up branches and heavy logs, carry them back and feed the campfire. Its light keeps the wolves out and its heat refills your warmth, which drains whenever you leave it. Wolves stalk you in the dark, crouch and lunge; a bite makes you drop your load. Three branches make a torch that keeps wolves back and slows the cold for 50 seconds. Snow squalls burn fuel faster but shake fresh branches loose. Dawn wins; a dead fire, freezing or three bites loses. It plays in the browser with a keyboard, mouse or touch.
