About this title
Lanehold is a lane defence game. Pests march from the right down five garden lanes toward the hold, and you place defenders on a 5x9 grid to stop them. Mills earn the grain you build with; archers shoot down their lane; walls hold pests back; spikes hurt whatever walks over them; frost lamps slow a lane; catapults hit a whole patch. A defender works faster for every neighbour of the same kind, so rows of archers and clusters of mills pay off. Each lane has one bell that rings pests back the first time they reach the hold. Ten days bring one new defender or pest at a time: runners, shellbacks, hoppers that jump the first thing in their way, and brutes. Your defenders stay from day to day and are mended overnight. It plays in the browser with a keyboard, mouse or touch, in English or Bulgarian.
