Lilymere

Lilymere is an idle game about keeping a pond in balance. Algae grow in the light, water fleas graze the algae and minnows eat the fleas, each population rising and falling with the others. Lily pads bloom into petals, the currency, and earn the most when algae, fleas and fish all sit inside their healthy bands; too much algae starves the water, too many fish wipe out the fleas. Add fleas or minnows, net fish, plant reeds and lily pads, and watch the live graph. Herons, heat waves, rain and spawning seasons upset the balance now and then. Deepen the pond five times to grow a puddle into a lake. The pond keeps earning slowly while the page is closed. It plays in the browser with a mouse, touch or keyboard.
