About this title
Rimeholt is a survival trek by dog sled. The relief station across the Rime needs medicine before winter closes the trails. Every day you choose where to go on the map, drive the team there past rocks, trees, drifts and thin ice, and then make camp: fish, hunt, gather firewood, mend the sled and decide whether tonight is worth a fire.
- Three expeditions (5, 7 and 9 legs) and a daily trek with a new map every day
- Drive the sled: steer, mush the dogs on or brake; keep speed over thin ice or it breaks under you; pick up driftwood and caches
- Camp choices: two tasks of daylight, then a night by the fire or a cold one; cabins and villages give shelter, healers and trade
- Food, wood, warmth, health, the dogs' strength and the sled all matter; the weather forecast tells you when to wait
- Eight trail events with choices: a trapper with a shortcut, wolves at the camp, a stray husky, northern lights...
- Three stars for arriving on time with all the medicine and all six dogs
- Keyboard, controller, mouse or touch; English and Bulgarian
- Native builds for Windows (64-bit), Linux (64-bit) and Android (64-bit ARM); progress and settings are saved; no ads, no tracking, no internet needed.
